Preparation
First, we will meet to review the work schedule, introduce our remodel team, and answer any questions. We will seal off the work area to protect your home from dust before work begins.
Rough Construction
Removing old materials and performing “rough in” work like reinforcing floor joists, adding or removing walls, running circuits and gas lines, replacing windows, and preparing to install new cabinetry.
Check Ins
Our construction manager will check in regularly throughout construction to share project updates and let you know who will be working in your home at least a day before they begin.
Finishing Work
Skilled craftsmen will install cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures. This second phase of work also includes painting walls and trim, finishing flooring, and all the final details of your new kitchen.
Appliance Installation
